Northern Detailing, LLC

We tried to contact this company 4 separate days and times, two calls and two texts to which we received absolutely no response. That was about 3.5 weeks ago. I completely understand that this time of year is busy for this type of company, but it shouldn't affect on how you respond. We would have been far more understanding had someone reached back out and said, "we are loaded up on work and can't make an appointment right this moment." We could get behind that. We have a Blazer and an F-150 and planned on having services done to both. Out of frustration, we reached out to another company to which we were responded to immediately. I hope for this company it was a one-off and this doesn't happen often, because that is not a long term practice in sustainability.

Northern Detailing LLC detailed my 2018 Escape yesterday and when I stepped into the car interior it felt new again! That is the highest compliment I can provide. They did a great job on the interior and I’ve now booked an appointment for the exterior. Thank you!

I am shocked at how clean my car is. It's cleaner now than when I bought it. I didn't even want to get in it when I saw how clean it was! Definitely recommend!

Love, love, love the way they have taken care of my vehicles over the past 7 or 8 yrs. They do my Buick Enclave Avenir, Chevy Silverado, and MINI at least twice a year. My kids take their cars there, too!

I think we'll become regular customers. We had two cars detailed here and they did an excellent job. They even removed some nasty sticker glue I could not get off.
